Food hygiene is essential for ensuring the safety and quality of food. This training document is designed to provide an overview of the key principles of food hygiene in accordance with UK Level 2 standards.

We require a 85% pass mark which is at least 17 correct answers to successfully completed the test. If you fail to get 17 correct you will be given a second chance to review the training material and take the test again.  If you fail for a second time then you will be unable to work on the premises until you have passed the test.
