Cooking tips - Preheat the oven to 180'C, place the chicken kiev into an ovenproof dish and bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes. Using a meat thermometer make sure the internal temperature is 74'C. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes.
Perfect pairings- Sautéed green beans with toasted almonds and a touch of butter for a nutty and flavourful side. Creamed leeks or spinach also go nicely. A crisp Sauvignon Blanc or a rich Chardonnay pairs well with the creamy and buttery flavours.
