HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

We love speaking to people and taking orders over the telephone is a pleasure. Don't worry if you're not too sure what to ask for we can guide you through to get the right product at the right price. You can call 0203 39 777 19 Option 1 where  one of our helpful team will help you tailor your order to your needs. If we are not about leave your name and contact number and we will call you back.

PRICING

All prices are guide prices and are subject to market fluctuation. The actual price you pay is the price charged in store when your order is packed for delivery. In the event your final spend is £5 more than your quote you will be contacted to confirm or amend the order.

CHECKOUT

While discussing your order you will be given an estimated price. Please understand because we are dealing with a natural product weighs and sizes may have a slight variation, this could affect your final bill and you may be contacted to confirm or amend the order . Our drivers do not handle cash, therefore, like when you book with a hotel,  we will take a pre authorisation on your card. Our transaction will take place on the day of dispatch.

DELIVERY

We offer a 8am to noon or noon to 4pm Saturday delivery. At point of order you may select which would suit you better, our driver will text you approximately half hour before their expected arrival. Your order will be delivered to your door in a temperature controlled vehicle. Your order will be checked against your invoice to ensure your satisfaction. 

PAPER WORK

Your order will be dispatched with a full duplicate invoice with all of the weight, items, descriptions and pricing. As part of our due diligence we will put the temperature of the cargo area in the vehicle. 

When your order is delivered you may return any item and receive a full refund if you consider.
