Chicken breast stuffed with sundried tomatoes, mozzarella, marinated in a paprika and herb marinade and wrapped in parma ham. This is a sophisticated and delicious dish that combines tender chicken breasts with the savory, slightly salty flavour of Parma ham (also known as prosciutto). The ham adds a layer of richness and helps keep the chicken moist and flavourful during cooking. This dish is perfect for special occasions, dinner parties, or a delightful weeknight treat.


Characteristics of our chicken flamenco:

  • Quality - One of our finest chicken 8-10oz breasts stuffed with mozzarella cheese & sundried tomatoes and wrapped in the highest parma ham. This is to ensure it is of the same quality as if you were making it yourself.
  • Parma Ham - The use of thinly sliced Parma ham (prosciutto) adds a rich, savory, and slightly salty flavour to the dish. As the ham cooks, it imparts its taste to the chicken, creating a harmonious combination.
  • Paprika and herb marinade -  A delicious and nutritious product made from a blend of vegetable oils and a carefully selected mix of vegetables, salt, spices, herbs, and concentrates. This product is crafted from a combination of wholesome rapeseed and sunflower oils, and infused with the flavours of onion, garlic, pepper, caraway seed, paprika, and cumin. The addition of herbs like thyme, oregano, and rosemary brings a touch of freshness, while salt, natural flavourings, paprika concentrate, and antioxidant ascorbic acid provide a touch of richness and preservation.


Cooking tips -  Preheat the oven to 180'C, place the chicken flamenco into an ovenproof dish and bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes. Using a meat thermometer make sure the internal temperature is 74'C. Leave in the oven for a few more minutes if the ham is not cooked to your liking. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes.

Pairing suggestions - With this elegant chicken dish we recommend pairing with something sophisticated such as steamed asparagus and potato gratin. However if you are looking for something simple to eat midweek how about some new potatoes with butter, seasalt and some cracked black pepper. Steam some simple vegetables to get some of your five a day!
