- Garlic and herb marinade - A deliciously flavoured oil blend made with high-quality vegetable oils including rapeseed and sunflower. Infused with the flavours of garlic and onion, this oil is enhanced with just the right amount of salt and natural flavourings. Cooking tips- Preheat the oven to 180'C, place the chicken normandy into an ovenproof dish and bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes. Using a meat thermometer make sure the internal temperature is 74'C. Leave in the oven for a few more minutes if the bacon is not cooked to your liking. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes.
