Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure top-quality cuts, proper storage, and adherence to hygiene standards.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and guide our skilled butchers to deliver excellence.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers, offer recommendations, and build lasting relationships.

- Butchery Expertise: Proven experience in butchery and meat handling.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team.
