Headed up, and overseen directly by Steve, our MD, his forty plus years of passion for the butchery trade is immediately visible in every product that leaves our HQ.
We are proud to be able to put a name to all our beef, pork and lamb - ethically raised and locally produced with minimum food miles and provenance that you can transmit to your own menu.

2018 Maldon Smoke & Fire Festival
As a core sponsor of the inaugural Smoke and Fire festival we were thrilled to be involved with such a pure foodie event. For the second event, to be held in the summer of 2018, we have deepened our involvement to include the creation of the 'Meatline Pitmaster challenge'- a traditional grill-master competition to find the best pit-fire Chef of our region.
All entrants receive the exact same quality and cuts of meat and have the exact same amount of time to marinade, rub and prepare their barbecue sensation.
We are providing a range of awesome prizes together with offering the prestige of holding aloft the '2018 Meatline Pitmaster challenge cup'.
