Meatline offer a selection of fresh and frozen meat and poultry available for delivery or click 'n' collect.

Please note that the prices on our website are subject to market fluctuations. We endeavour to maintain accurate pricing but reserve the right to cancel item lines in the event of errors.

When your order is delivered you may return any item and receive a full refund if you are unhappy with the price charged or for any other reason.

All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge which will be charged at the rate specified when you place your order.

Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is only formed when we have despatched your order. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you.

Meatline's delivery service is available for commercial and domestic use.

Minimum Basket Charges

There is no minimum value for Click 'n' Collect**. The minimum basket value is £75 for home delivery*,

If the value of the products in your basket when you confirm your order is less than the minimum basket value, then we will add a £5 delivery charge to your order. We will add the charge to your total at the checkout page, before you pay. If you go back and change your order, so that the value of your order is greater than the minimum basket value, we will remove the charge.

Unfortunately we can’t combine separate orders once we have processed them, so please make sure you make any changes to increase the value of your basket before you confirm your order.

If we apply a charge to your shop, and we give you a refund for your entire shop, we will also refund the charge. However, we will not refund the charge if only some of the items in your shop are refunded.

Payments are taken instantly, authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order. All payments are processed through our chosen payment partners portals. The transaction will take place on their systems after you receive payment confirmation and you will be returned to the Meatline website. Meatline will not have access to any of your payment information.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Debit & Mastercard.

Delivery will be made by us to the address on the date specified by you during checkout, subject to availability. You will be contacted by telephone if there are any issues with your delivery. We reserve the right to swap products in the event of supply chain issues. If a suitable swap is not possible we will fully refund the item. No third parties are contracted to prepare and deliver your products.

To help keep you and our delivery drivers safe, they are following social distancing guidelines. This means they will keep a 2-metre distance from you and won't come into the property, unless it is one of the following exceptions.

If you are a vulnerable, disabled or elderly customer, you can ask our delivery drivers to take your shopping inside your home. They will do so, providing they believe it is safe and practical. Unfortunately, they won’t be able to enter your home if you are self-isolating.

For deliveries to a residential apartment block, we will generally deliver to the front door of your apartment. However, we reserve the right to deliver only to the main entrance of the property if the driver believes it is unsafe or not practical to deliver to your apartment front door.

For deliveries to a business address, delivery will only be made to the ground floor.

If you aren’t happy with any of your items, simply hand them back to your delivery driver at the time of delivery, or to one of our colleagues when using Click 'n' Collect. We will then arrange for a refund to your payment card.

For home deliveries to qualify for a refund, any claims of missing items or quality issues must be notified to Meatline on the day of delivery. If your call is out of business hours please leave a message and we will call you back the following working day. You can drop the products to your nearest store or we will arrange to collect the products. All returns for traceability reasons  must  be kept in their original packaging and be  chilled or frozen.

You can cancel any of your current orders up until 24hrs before your delivery by calling our Customer Services team on 0203 39 777 19 Option 1 (local rate from mobiles). Please note that orders cannot be cancelled by email.
